Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 June 2026
Operator: English Practice (“English Practice”, “we”, “us”)
Contact: gegirhasut@gmail.com

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use English Practice — a voice-based spoken-English practice service at english.qaprovider.com — and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we process

2. Why we process it, and our legal basis

3. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted providers to run the service; they process data on our behalf or, for their own part, as independent controllers:

4. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or applicable adequacy decisions.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, contact us at gegirhasut@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed (argon2id); traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS); authentication uses a signed token held only in your browser tab, never in long-lived storage.

8. Children

English Practice is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
